Treatment and use of your personal data.

The personal data we collect are: full name, address, telephone number and private email address; which will be used in an enunciative and non-limiting way, for the following purposes:

  • The name and address of the Owner or other means to communicate the response to your request.

  • The documents that prove your identity or, where applicable, the legal representation of the Owner.

  • The clear and precise description of the personal data with respect to which one seeks to exercise any of the rights.

  • Any other element or document that facilitates the location of personal data, as well as any other document required by current legislation at the time of submission of the application.

 

Modifications to the Privacy Notice

We reserve the right to make modifications or updates to this Privacy Notice at any time, to address legislative reforms, internal policies or new requirements.

 

If you consider that your rights to the protection of Personal Data have been harmed by any conduct of our employees or our actions or responses, you presume that in the processing of your data there is some violation of the provisions set forth in the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, you may file, in terms of article 45, the corresponding Procedure before the competent authority.
